Here’s the next recipe of my quick and “healthy” breakfast ideas series for the week 😍 Since we’re all wondering what to eat in the morning, this time I thought of a delicious, quick option that includes flaxseeds, which are great for heart health and so much more! So, we’re making flaxseed French toast, golden from the pan, served with peanut butter and fruits!

  • -ground flax seeds 60 (g)
  • -soy milk 250 (mL)
  • -maple syrup 1 (tbsp)
  • -sandwich bread 4 (slices)
  • -plant-based margarine 1 (tsp)
  • -peanut butter 2 (tbsp)
  • -strawberries 200 (g)

  • Mix the flaxseeds with soy milk and maple syrup. Dip the slices of bread into the mixture.
  • In a pan, melt the margarine and brown the slices of bread for a few minutes on each side.
  • Once golden, serve with peanut butter and fruits!
