Let’s kick off a mini series of snacks with no added sugar 😍😍 When I’m craving a healthier snack, I usually go for something savory—like a dip, nuts, or a toast—but this time, I wanted to come up with a few sweet ideas without any sugar!

We’re starting with these three-ingredient banana snacks: bananas, almond flour, and coconut. They’re super soft, vegan, gluten-free, and can be stored in the fridge for 5 days!

  • Mash the banana into a puree using a fork. Add the almond flour and coconut to form a dough.
  • On a cutting board or plate, spread the dough into a square about 1 cm thick. Place it in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  • Cut into small cubes and store them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days!
