In high school, I had another cooking blog, before I became vegan, it's probably super awkward so I forbid you to look for it! BUT there were still some good things on this blog, I had taken a world tour of dishes from other cultures (in fact, I'm going to pinch the recipe for Armenian beureks to veganize them soon), and among them, I was inspired by Moroccan recipes for this cauliflower with honey and harissa, with a touch of sesame. So I dug that up from my grimoire to recreate the recipe with Bumble Bloom's vegan honey (of course, the perfect alternative would be maple syrup 😍).
