I’ve been making these little air-fryer potatoes with my walnut parmesan sooo often lately. They’re perfect when you want to add something extra to your meal, like here alongside a delicious Caesar salad!
Cut the potatoes into halves or quarters, depending on their size.
Place the potatoes in the basket of your air fryer, then add the unmelted margarine. Toss well to coat the potatoes. Next, add the fleur de sel and parmesan. Mix everything together.
Start the air fryer and cook for 18 minutes at 200°C (395°F).
