This is absolutely delicious! Quinoa is a great source of protein, packed with essential amino acids. Usually, I cook it plain as a base for my bowls, topped with vegetables, sauces, etc.! It's rare for me to include it in a preparation like this.

But for the past few weeks, I've been craving sweet potato and quinoa patties, and I loved it! I've tried several seasonings and 3 cooking methods, so I'll detail everything in the recipe 😍😍
