Quinoa includes all 9 essential amino acids, making it one of the easiest foods to ensure we're not missing any! Not every day, no pressureβbut it's handy to know that. I love adding it to meatballs, veggie burgers, and in this case, bread ππ
I'm not the type to count or calculate anything for my diet; every food has a place in a balanced and varied diet. Balance isn't achieved in one meal, but over several days π±. So don't stress about getting specific nutrients in every meal. Tomato sauce pasta has never killed anyone β€οΈ.
But as we often wonder if we're getting enough fiber, omega-3s, essential amino acids, proteins, etc., it's nice to know which foods have them and to have good recipes to enjoy them easily.
