I love adding it to meatballs, veggie burgers, and in this case, bread ๐๐
I'm not the type to count or calculate anything for my diet; every food has a place in a balanced and varied diet. Balance isn't achieved in one meal, but over several days ๐ฑ. So don't stress about getting specific nutrients in every meal. Tomato sauce pasta has never killed anyone โค๏ธ.
But as we often wonder if we're getting enough fiber, omega-3s, essential amino acids, proteins, etc., it's nice to know which foods have them and to have good recipes to enjoy them easily.
