At the moment, I'm not drinking alcohol, so I often make mocktails in the evening for my aperitif ๐ And honestly, it's a bit like when I used to make gin cocktails but... without the gin ๐
Here I made my usual ginger syrup, I make it ALL THE TIME, I love it! With a hibiscus infusion and some lime, it's so refreshing.
Of course, you could add a dose of your favorite local gin!
The ginger syrup I make is light on sugar, so I can add more to the drink and really get that ginger flavor. If you're using store-bought ginger syrup, you should use 1.5 cL per drink instead of 3 cL!
