Only 2 days left until Christmas Eve, and if you still don't know what to make for dessert, we've got a last-minute recipe for you. It's quite simple: vanilla ice cream with a caramel center, all coated in shredded coconut!
You can even prepare this dessert in advance to have one less thing to worry about on the big day ;-)!
For the vanilla ice cream, you have three options:
- Buy vegan vanilla ice cream, such as from Carrefour where you can find the brands Morane and Amy’s Kitchen
- Freeze soy vanilla dessert cream for 3 hours, stirring occasionally
- Make a vegan custard with soy milk, vanilla, sugar, and cornstarch, and freeze this mixture in the same way
