Small savory pancakes made with coral lentils, curry, and coconut milk! They're super tasty, quick to make, and can even be taken anywhere, perfect for picnics!
I served them with a herb cream and a big salad π
Cook the coral lentils in water until they are tender (about 10 minutes in boiling water).
Drain the lentils and place them in the blender. Add all the other ingredients and blend to obtain a smooth paste.
Heat a lightly oiled crepe pan. Pour a ladle of batter in the center and let cook until bubbles form on the surface. Flip the pancake and let cook for another minute on the other side.
Cook all the dough like this!
