Small savory pancakes made with coral lentils, curry, and coconut milk! They're super tasty, quick to make, and can even be taken anywhere, perfect for picnics!

I served them with a herb cream and a big salad 😍

  • -coconut milk 400 (mL)
  • -all-purpose flour 150 (g)
  • -curry 1 (tsp)
  • -baking powder 1 (tsp)
  • -salt 1 (tsp)
  • -lemon juice 1 (tbsp)
  • -coral lentils 100 (g)

  • Cook the coral lentils in water until they are tender (about 10 minutes in boiling water).
  • Drain the lentils and place them in the blender. Add all the other ingredients and blend to obtain a smooth paste.
  • Heat a lightly oiled crepe pan. Pour a ladle of batter in the center and let cook until bubbles form on the surface. Flip the pancake and let cook for another minute on the other side.
  • Cook all the dough like this!
  • Serve with a herb cream: mix plain yogurt with chopped herbs, salt, and pepper!
