Finally 😅 I think this is the recipe I get asked for the most often and I am suuuuper happy to finally share it here!

Summary of the "project" 😅:
- Day 1: preparing the dough and the butter, about 25 min
- Day 2: laminating the dough and shaping the croissants, about 3 x 10 minutes at one-hour intervals
- Day 2 or whenever you prefer: baking and enjoying!
The actual time spent working on these croissants is pretty short, but spread over two and a half days... I'll indicate in the recipe when you can freeze them so you always have some on hand! Plus, how to thaw them so they're ready when you wake up without wasting any time.
