  • -sugar 120 (g)
  • -dehydrated baker's yeast 1 (tbsp)
  • -coconut oil 80 (g)
  • -chocolate chips 90 (g)

  • Warm the milk slightly (not too hot, be careful ;) ). Rehydrate the yeast in the warmed milk. Melt the coconut oil.
  • Mix the sugar and flour. Pour over the vegetable milk with the yeast and oil. Hand mix.
  • Allow to rest for 1h to 1h30 (the more time you have, the more it will rise).
  • Add the chocolate chips and then shape into 6 small brioches and let rest for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
  • Bake for 20 minutes at 180°C or 355°F. Actually, it's too easy ♥️
