Finally, guys! I did it 😅 It's been a year since I mentioned in my story that I was working on a madeleine recipe. I had some good results last summer but it wasn't quite perfect yet. Then, I got busy with selling my café and had way less time to dedicate to recipe creation. So, I picked up my notes from my madeleine tests a few weeks ago, and I've finally achieved the perfect result—the taste of childhood, the perfect texture, not too dense, not too airy.
