It's the season for delicious tomatoes right now! And one of the ways I particularly like to eat them is in a thin puff pastry tart like this :) Just a store-bought puff pastry, some tasty tomatoes, and a seasoning of olive oil and balsamic.

  • -vegan puff pastry 350 (g)
  • -olive oil 4 (tbsp)
  • -balsamic vinegar 1 (tbsp)
  • -sugar 1 (tbsp)
  • -salt
  • -pepper
  • -basil 10 (leaves)
  • -tomatoes 5

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (355°F). Roll out the puff pastry into a large rectangle!
  • Slice the tomatoes into thin rounds. Arrange them over the entire puff pastry.
  • Mix the oil, balsamic vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper. Drizzle this mixture all over the tart.
  • Finely chop the basil and sprinkle it over the tart.
  • Bake the tart for 30 minutes in the oven!
