Vegan Chocolate Chip Mugcake

Vegan Chocolate Chip Mugcake
For: 1 mugDifficulty: EasyPreparation: 10 minCooking: 5 min

As you may already know (otherwise you've missed out on an episode ;) ), we just moved to Montreal. And we're big losers because we have a lousy kitchen for a few weeks.

Since we know that the same happens to you sometimes, but you still want to impress people with your cooking skills, we have a solution.

Because you too, have the right to your moment of glory. You too, have the right to stuff yourself like everyone else even if you don't have an oven.

So, here's the Mug Cake 3000. You can find all the ingredients in your favorite supermarket. You just have to throw everything carelessly into your microwave, and once it's done, gorge yourself till you reach overindulgence.

Now, if you don't have a microwave, then you're really out of luck!
