For: 3 wafflesDifficulty: EasyPreparation: 10 minCooking: 8 min
This is my new waffle recipe that I created about two years ago and hadn't taken the time to share yet ๐ There's another very popular recipe on my blog, but I find this one crispier on the outside, and that's just how I like it ๐
Mix the flour, sugar, and baking powder. Then, pour in the milk, oil, melted margarine, and vinegar. Stir everything together until you get a smooth batter.
In the waffle iron, drop 3 generous spoonfuls of batter into each section and let it cook without opening for 4 to 6 minutes, depending on the power of your waffle iron. (Some people complain in all the waffle recipes online that their waffles split in two when they opened the waffle iron: that's because they werenโt cooked enough, it's important not to get curious during cooking ๐ฅฐ)
