This is my new waffle recipe that I created about two years ago and hadn't taken the time to share yet ๐Ÿ˜ There's another very popular recipe on my blog, but I find this one crispier on the outside, and that's just how I like it ๐Ÿ’•

  • -plant-based margarine 30 (g)
  • -all-purpose flour 100 (g)
  • -sugar 30 (g)
  • -baking powder 0.5 (tsp)
  • -apple cider vinegar 10 (mL)
  • -neutral oil 10 (mL)

  • Oil and preheat the waffle iron.
  • Melt the margarine.
  • Mix the flour, sugar, and baking powder. Then, pour in the milk, oil, melted margarine, and vinegar. Stir everything together until you get a smooth batter.
  • In the waffle iron, drop 3 generous spoonfuls of batter into each section and let it cook without opening for 4 to 6 minutes, depending on the power of your waffle iron. (Some people complain in all the waffle recipes online that their waffles split in two when they opened the waffle iron: that's because they werenโ€™t cooked enough, it's important not to get curious during cooking ๐Ÿฅฐ)
  • Remove the waffles and it's ready!
