In addition to these little zucchini and tzatziki wraps (are you one of those who can't pronounce this word? ;-) ), you can prepare a colorful salad with green peas!
Wash the courgette (zucchini). Cut it into thin strips using a vegetable peeler. Heat some oil in a pan and sauté the courgette. Once cooked, season and let it cool down.
Prepare the tzatziki: peel 1/3 of the cucumber and cut this portion into small cubes. Mix with the soy yogurt. Chop the mint and add it. Finish with a splash of lemon juice and season to taste.
Slice the remaining cucumber into thin strips.
On your wheat tortillas, spread some tzatziki. Place cucumber slices and then zucchini slices. Roll up your tortillas to form wraps! It's ready!
