In addition to these little zucchini and tzatziki wraps (are you one of those who can't pronounce this word? ;-) ), you can prepare a colorful salad with green peas!

  • -wheat tortilla 3
  • -zucchini 1
  • -cucumber 1
  • -fresh mint 1 (tbsp)
  • -lemon 0.5
  • -olive oil 1 (tbsp)
  • -salt
  • -pepper

  • Wash the courgette (zucchini). Cut it into thin strips using a vegetable peeler. Heat some oil in a pan and sauté the courgette. Once cooked, season and let it cool down.
  • Prepare the tzatziki: peel 1/3 of the cucumber and cut this portion into small cubes. Mix with the soy yogurt. Chop the mint and add it. Finish with a splash of lemon juice and season to taste.
  • Slice the remaining cucumber into thin strips.
  • On your wheat tortillas, spread some tzatziki. Place cucumber slices and then zucchini slices. Roll up your tortillas to form wraps! It's ready!
