2-ingredients vegan chocolate and peanut truffles

2-ingredients vegan chocolate and peanut truffles
For: 20 trufflesDifficulty: EasyPreparation: 25 minCooking: 5 minFridge: 2h00

Chocolate truffles are so simple, and there’s really no challenge in veganizing them, so I’d never shared a recipe before 🥲. But recently, I’ve seen people replacing butter with nut butters (like the sesame version from Le Renard et les Raisins)! With my partner being a peanut butter fanatic, I had to try a version using that! To keep the texture nice and creamy, though, you need to use more peanut butter than in the tahini-based versions I’ve seen!

  • In a double boiler, melt the chocolate with the peanut butter.
  • When melted, place it in the fridge for about 2 hours to make the mixture moldable.
  • With your hands, shape small balls to form the truffles. Immediately roll them in cocoa powder or shredded coconut. You can then store them at room temperature to keep them nice and creamy!
