Continuing with my series of anti-inflammatory breakfast recipes, here are my little buckwheat pancakes with cocoa, banana, and tahini maple caramel! Honestly, they have the texture and taste of a brownie on the inside, they’re just too good. Especially with that tahini and maple syrup caramel sauce 😍
Buckwheat, cocoa, and tahini are three powerful ingredients with anti-inflammatory properties. Buckwheat is rich in rutin, an antioxidant that protects blood vessels and reduces inflammation.
