For me, I love having delicious things in the morning, like it's impossible to make me eat toast (no offense if you love toast, but still...), I've always been super picky about breakfast 😅 So this little parfait is exactly what I need on summer mornings, with good, fresh Quebec strawberries!
I make a tightly packed granola to form big chunks! And I layer it with plain vegan yogurt (here I used soy and cashew yogurt), and sliced strawberries.
It also works really well as a dessert in the evenings, not just for breakfast ;)
