  • -tomato sauce 250 (mL)
  • -vegan grated cheese 30 (g)
  • -water 75 (mL)
  • -dehydrated baker's yeast 1 (tsp)
  • -tomatoes 1 - optional
  • -Paris mushrooms 6 - optional
  • -bell pepper 1 - optional
  • -vegan sausage 2 - optional

  • Preheat your oven to 240°C, 460°F.
  • Mix the flour, olive oil, yeast, and a good pinch of salt. Add the warm water. Knead the dough.
  • Divide it into 4 to 6 small dough pieces and roll them out.
  • Spread tomato sauce on each one and sprinkle with vegan cheese.
  • Add the toppings of your choice: slices of tomato, onion, peppers, some spinach, mushroom slices, meat substitutes, pesto, olives...
  • Season with a bit of salt and pepper.
  • Sprinkle again with vegan cheese.
  • Bake for 8 to 12 minutes!
