This is exactly the kind of recipe I never post because it's so simple, way too simple, so I feel like it's pointless... And it's not wrong! But honestly, it's the foundation of my work lunches: pasta with mushrooms ;) Here, it's in a creamy white wine sauce, and you're going to love it!

  • -Paris mushrooms 200 (g)
  • -linguine 250 (g)
  • -onion 1
  • -white wine 150 (mL)
  • -olive oil 3 (tbsp)
  • -soy cream 200 (mL)
  • -salt
  • -pepper

  • Peel the onion and finely chop it. Also, finely slice the mushrooms.
  • In a saucepan, heat the olive oil. Sweat the onions in it. When they become translucent, add the mushrooms.
  • Alongside that, heat a pot of salted water for the pasta! When the water is boiling, add the linguini.
  • When the mushrooms are nicely browned, deglaze with the white wine. Turn off the heat and add the soy cream. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Drain the pasta and mix it with the creamy mushrooms! It's ready :)
