We think that maybe you need to stock up on vitamins with this freezing cold weather! We'll admit, we've put a lot of thought into what we're going to suggest to you. At first, we thought about a drink primarily made of booze. But then, we remembered that, according to a Savoyard proverb, "who drinks booze breaks the car." It wasn't our best idea. So, we decided we were going to start off gently with an amazing pineapple, mango, and lime smoothie that will, without a doubt, give you a boost of energy.

  • Take the pineapple and peel it thoroughly (that bastard!).
  • Cut up the mango, it doesn't deserve to live either.
  • Remove the stems from the fresh mint as we have no mercy.
  • Throw all that mess into a blender and squeeze the life out of the lemon for its juice.
  • Mix everything and drink it down in one go.
