Most of the gnocchi available in supermarkets are accidentally vegan, making them a perfect help for quick meals. They cook quickly, in the same pot as the sauce 🤷♀️💕
I know there's always some confusion with every gnocchi recipe because of something the industry created 😅 so I'll clarify: we're not talking about skillet gnocchi, but the regular gnocchi you cook in water! Apparently, they have a completely different texture, so I think you should keep the skillet gnocchi for eating just as they are, simply pan-fried without sauce!
