Bolognese is the best sauce in the world, hands down! Some of my favorite dishes include: Bolognese ravioli, Bolognese lasagna, and Bolognese pappardelle (or any long pasta for that matter)...yes, I know, they might seem like the same thing, but trust me, they’re not!
Anyway, my love for Bolognese runs deep, and I'm also a big fan of its little sister, ragù sauce. So today, we're whipping up a sauce inspired by both Bolognese and ragù, but with more veggies to sneak some greens into our meals 😍 Perfect for tricking even the pickiest eaters!
This recipe includes the classic trio of onions, carrots, and celery, but we’ll use larger quantities. Plus, we’re adding grated zucchini (which you can swap out for grated cabbage depending on the season) 💕🌱
