My other go-to evening desserts when I want something indulgent: - Top 1: a good chocolate fondue with clementines and pears 😅 - My decadent brownie from my latest ebook, it's incredible and super quick to make - The classic Poire Belle Hélène and the humble banana with chocolate 😅 - The same cookies but baked individually (just drop balls of dough on your baking sheet and they will spread out in the oven)

  • -baking soda 0.5 (tsp)
  • -soy milk 60 (mL)
  • -all-purpose flour 150 (g)

  • Preheat the oven to 355°F (180°C).
  • In a bowl, mix the margarine and sugar. Add the baking soda and soy milk. Stir. Add the flour. Mix to form the dough.
  • Add the toppings.
  • Transfer to an oiled dish, smoothing it out to ensure an even thickness throughout.
  • Place in the oven for about 22 minutes. It's ready 😍
