But now, I have found the miracle ingredient for you: red beans (yes, we want to say "the bean", but no... )! Trust me, if you have to survive on a deserted island, bring a can of red beans instead of calf liver (does anyone actually eat calf liver? Yuck). But "why?" you'll ask, because in addition to proteins, vitamin B9, and iron like liver, red beans will bring you a lot of fiber and it's less fatty! There you go!
