It's the perfect meal for summer days outside! A flatbread that we cook plain on the barbecue. And after cooking, we top it however we like! I'm also sharing here the recipe for the flatbreads, by the way. I put pesto, tomato slices, zucchini strips, grilled barbecue plums, and vegan feta on it π
Before grilling the flatbreads on the barbecue, prepare the toppings: slice the tomatoes into rounds and the zucchini into thin strips.
Cut the plums into quarters. Toss them with a spoonful of olive oil.
Grill the flatbreads on the barbecue according to the provided recipe.
Remove them from the barbecue, then place the plum quarters on top. Grill them for about 4-5 minutes.
Spread pesto on the flatbreads. Add the tomato slices and zucchini strips. Then add the grilled plums, feta, a drizzle of olive oil, and a sprinkle of salt flakes. It's ready!
