Prepare the seitan: in a mixing bowl, combine the gluten flour and paprika. Add the water, ketchup, teriyaki sauce, and mustard. Mix well and knead by hand to form an even ball.

Fill a pot with water and bring to a boil.
Boil the seitan pieces in the pot of water for 20 minutes.
Drain, then skewer all the pieces on kebab sticks.
Mix the marinade ingredients.
Brush the skewers with the marinade. Let them marinate for as long as you can (between 5 minutes and an entire night).
Grill the skewers on the hot barbecue for about 4 minutes on each side!
