Not much new here, because it's still my super perfect cookie recipe that I make all the time, just in a different flavor: chocolate caramel 😍 I had already shared my choco marshmallow cookies here, well, it's the same recipe!

  • -plant-based margarine 210 (g)
  • -sugar 200 (g)
  • -soy milk 4 (tbsp)
  • -baking soda 0.5 (tsp)
  • -all-purpose flour 300 (g)
  • -chocolate chips 120 (g)
  • -caramel coulis 65 (mL)
  • -Salt flakes 1 (pinch)

  • Mix the margarine and sugar together until you get a creamy texture.
  • Add the soy milk and baking soda. Mix. Add the flour and mix again to form a dough.
  • Then fold in the chocolate chips, a pinch of sea salt, and half of the caramel sauce.
  • Using an ice cream scoop, form balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 20 minutes at 180°C (355°F). Let them cool for a few minutes before eating!
