The dough
  • -dehydrated baker's yeast 5 (g)
  • -salt 5 (g)
  • -all-purpose flour 300 (g)
  • -olive oil 80 (mL)
  • -soy cream 100 (mL)
  • -red onion 1
  • -leek 0.5
  • -pumpkin seeds
  • -gomasio 2 (tbsp)
  • -salt
  • -pepper

  • The dough: Preheat the oven to 50°C (122°F). Dissolve the yeast in warm water and wait 15 minutes. Mix the flour and salt. Add the oil and 10 cL of warm water with the yeast and knead with your little hands. You might need to add a bit more water and/or flour to form a ball! Once you have a nice ball, place it in your 50°C (122°F) oven to let it rise (about 20 minutes). Then take it out of the oven and roll it out. In preparation for baking, increase your oven temperature to 200°C (392°F).
  • Peel and cut your vegetables into thin slices.
  • Mix the soy cream with salt and pepper and spread it on your dough. Add the vegetables, gomasio, and pumpkin seeds, then bake for 20 minutes. It's ready!
