At the moment, I'm in a phase of testing vegan beer cheeses, and I love it ;) I'm not a big fan of the taste of industrial vegan cheeses, and nutritional yeast, well, just in small doses. So, I'm trying other things, and this cheese, I ADORE it haha!
So, I really recommend you try it, even on something other than pizza, it's definitely worth the test ;)
I really liked this mushroom pizza too, I added some spicy Beyond Meat sausage on top but that's totally optional. In any case, if you find some near you, it goes really well with this pizza!
I didn't include a pizza dough recipe here to avoid redundancy, but in short, I mix about 200g of flour with salt and olive oil. And I pour in water that I've dissolved baker's yeast in.
