I have the perfect recipe for vegan whipped cream in a siphon 😮For my grocery/cafe, Nutmeg, we wanted to offer an extra whipped cream option for hot beverages, but of course, vegan, zero waste, and easy for baristas to use. So we bought a siphon and I began testing! I tried several attempts with different fat additions to arrive at this light and very neutral-tasting recipe. Personally, I add vanilla, but it's up to your taste :) The plant-based milk can be any type; just choose the one you prefer in your sweet recipes <3
