I hope you're having a lovely holiday season! There is a really sweet recipe that I didn't have time to post before Christmas, but it's perfect for these days if you're on vacation and/or with your loved ones 🥰 A vegan eggnog, of course!

It's a thick and creamy milk infused with Christmas spices. You can choose to make it to your taste with your favorite spices, sugar-free or with sugar... I drink it as is, cold or as a warm milk with coffee in a latte!

  • -oat milk 1 (L)
  • -sugar 80 (g)
  • -cornstarch 3 (tbsp)
  • -nutmeg 1 (pinch)
  • -ground cinnamon 3 (stick)
  • -star anise 4
  • -cardamom 3
  • -clove 3
  • -garam masala 1 (pinch)

  • Whisk the cornstarch, sugar, and 100 mL of milk in a bowl.
  • In a saucepan, combine this mixture, the remaining milk, the cream, and the spices. Bring to a boil!
  • When it starts to simmer, remove from heat and place a lid. Allow to infuse for 20 minutes.
  • Strain to remove whole spices, it's ready! You can drink it over ice or hot, in your coffee or in your chai tea!
