It's not because I sold my café that I'm going to stop creating Christmas drinks, okay? 😍 Inspired by crème brûlée, I added caramel syrup (I used @monin.can, though I also have the crème brûlée syrup but I find it less tasty) and vanilla extract to my espresso. After pouring in the well-frothed oat milk, I topped it with homemade whipped cream. With a bit of granulated sugar, you can caramelize the top with a blowtorch, giving it that crispy crust typical of crème brûlée 🥰 (By the way, my vegan crème brûlée recipe has been on my blog since 2016, we weren't even born back then, imagine that.)
