Pear and Chocolate Chia Pudding

Pear and Chocolate Chia Pudding

Okay, it's no secret, Allo Simonne spreads are our favorites at home—they're the stars of our crepe nights 🥲 They're super rich in hazelnuts and are high-quality products that we often give as gifts! But my little guilty pleasure is adding a big spoonful to my chia pudding in the morning 😅 Since this year, I've reconnected with chia pudding—it's rare that I don't get tired of a breakfast, but this one is every single morning. In the summer with strawberries from Quebec and in the winter with pears. Always with a perfectly golden homemade granola with a hint of fleur de sel, it's perfect.

  • Mix the chia seeds with soy milk, coconut milk, and maple syrup. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
  • Cut up a pear and place it on top. Add 3 generous spoons of granola. And most importantly, a big spoonful of chocolate-hazelnut spread. I chose the hazelnut, chocolate, coffee, and cocoa nib spread from Allo Simonne! I also love their hazelnut praline! And on crepes, my new favorite is the jaguar hazelnut and chocolate 😍😍
