Looking for a change from your usual tomato sauce pasta at lunch? I have the perfect noodle recipe, ready in just 10 minutes! You prepare the sauce directly in the bowl where you'll eat the noodles as they cook; it's super simple π
In the meantime, peel the ginger and garlic. Grate them directly into the bowl you'll be eating from. Finely chop the green onion and mix it in. Also add the crushed chili and sesame.
Put the noodles to cook in water for 3-4 minutes.
Heat the toasted sesame oil and pour it boiling into your bowl over the ingredients prepared in step 2. Drizzle with sweet soy sauce to finish the sauce.
Drain the noodles and add them to your bowl! It's ready!
