This recipe is part of the 5 winter meal prep recipes for the week that I shared 🥰🥰. When I make “chicken-style tofu” for the week, I love putting together little tacos like these, with a tahini sauce that I prepare in advance as well.

  • -toasted sesame oil 1 (tbsp)
  • -soy sauce or tamari 2 (tbsp)
  • -apple cider vinegar 1 (tbsp)
  • -nutritional yeast 3 (tbsp)
  • -small tacos tortillas 6
  • -cooked corn 100 (g)
  • -mixed salad greens 2 (handful)
tahini sauce
  • -tahini 3 (tbsp)
  • -olive oil 3 (tbsp)
  • -lemon juice 2 (tbsp)
  • -soy sauce or tamari 2 (tbsp)
  • -water 65 (mL)

  • Preheat the oven to 205°C (400°F).
  • Tear the tofu into pieces in a bowl. Add the toasted sesame oil, soy sauce, vinegar, and nutritional yeast. Mix well.
  • Spread the tofu pieces on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 25 minutes.
  • Prepare the sauce: Mix all the ingredients together in a jar.
  • In your small tacos, add some mesclun, corn, tofu pieces, and tahini sauce! You can also add buffalo sauce if you like.
