I love these no-fuss meals where you just put everything in the oven! No need to watch over it, and it doesn’t create much dirty dishes. 😍 This time, it’s again my tofu chicken recipe that I eat at least once a week, served with zucchini and cacio e pepe orzo!

Chicken-tofu
  • -firm tofu 450 (g)
  • -toasted sesame oil 2 (tbsp)
  • -soy sauce 2 (tbsp)
  • -balsamic vinegar 1 (tbsp)
  • -nutritional yeast 4 (tbsp)
  • -maple syrup 1 (tbsp)
  • -salt
  • -zucchini 3
  • -olive oil 1 (tbsp)
  • -Everything bagel seasoning 2 (tbsp)

  • Preheat the oven to 205°C (400°F).
  • Tear the tofu by hand into large chunks. In a bowl, mix the tofu with all the other ingredients to season it.
  • Arrange the seasoned tofu chunks on one half of a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Slice the zucchini and place them on the other half of the baking sheet. Season them with oil, bagel seasoning, and salt. Toss the zucchini to mix.
  • Bake for 25 minutes! It's ready; serve with pasta.
