No, all you want is to just stay in front of your TV (or whatever else) and stuff yourself in a casual, homey way. I totally get it! In fact, I'm going to please you with this lazybones recipe.

Today, you're going to be able to make vegan cookies, it's super easy and takes very little time. And for once, you'll really be able to satisfy your gargantuan cravings. I'm soooo cool I KNOW !

  • -all-purpose flour 250 (g)
  • -baking powder 0.5 (sachet)
  • -salt 1 (pinch)
  • -chocolate chips 100 (g)
  • -sugar 100 (g)
  • -plant-based margarine 55 (g)

  • Allow the vegetable margarine to soften a little bit.
  • Mix the other ingredients in a mixing bowl: flour, baking powder, sugar, salt, margarine, plant-based milk, and then the chocolate chips.
  • Place all of this in the fridge for about 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  • Next, form balls with the dough and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Be careful not to make huge balls because they will expand, and you might not want to end up with cookie-pizzas.
  • Put all the stuff in your oven for 15 minutes. Enjoy your yum-yum.
