We can feel that you need some comfort during this time, Christmas is over, summer is far from showing its face, it's cold, it's raining...tough, right? But the good news is, it's the perfect time to drink some Chaï latte! Well, yes, if you don't do it now, it'll be too late when it's 40°C (we promise it's going to happen ;-) )!

For this recipe, you can use black tea flavored with spices for the Chaï latte, like the Kashmir chai from Kusmi Tea; or you can use plain black tea and the spices from your pantry (cinnamon, cardamom, star anise, black pepper).

  • Heat 20 cL of water until it simmers and then infuse the spices over low heat. Turn off the heat and add the tea. Let it steep for 4 minutes.
  • Heat the soy milk separately, whisking it to create a lovely foam.
  • Serve the tea, add maple syrup for sweetness, and finish with frothy milk.
