And if we tell you that this might be Patate & Cornichon's 100th recipe... and if we tell you that we might be celebrating the blog's 1st anniversary... you're going to say it's not possible! But yes, it is possible (with the kiwi card...)! So today is a party day, bring out the glitter!

  • -baking powder 1 (tsp)
  • -soy milk 290 (mL)
  • -vanilla 1 (clove)
  • -plant-based margarine 40 (g)

  • In a mixing bowl, add the flour, sugar, and yeast. Whisk them together. Gradually add the soy milk while whisking to obtain a smooth batter. Melt the margarine and pour it into the mixing bowl.
  • Finish by splitting the vanilla bean in half and adding the seeds to your preparation.
  • Heat up your waffle maker. Pour half a ladle of batter and let it cook until you achieve a beautiful color.
  • Repeat the process to cook all the waffles.
