Jerk Tofu on a Sheet Pan with Potatoes and Brussels Sprouts

Our favorite way to cook Brussels sprouts for my sweetheart and me! On a baking sheet with potatoes, onions, spices, and a drizzle of oil and maple syrup. I often add tofu or Beyond Meat-style vegan sausage! We bake everything together for 1 hour and 15 minutes, enough time to finish our day and/or to have an aperitif ;) And we serve it in the middle of the table with mayonnaise, barbecue sauce, hot sauce... whatever we want!

  • -maple syrup 2 (tbsp)
  • -olive oil 2 (tbsp)
  • -salt
  • -potatoes 2
  • -firm tofu 250 (g)
  • -jerk spices 1 (tbsp)
  • -Brussels sprouts 15
  • -red onion 1

  • Wash the Brussels sprouts and the potatoes. Cut the sprouts into quarters and the potatoes into cubes. Peel the onion and chop it into cubes as well.
  • Cut the tofu into cubes. Preheat the oven to 180°C (355°F).
  • On a baking sheet, mix the tofu with all the vegetables, oil, spices, and maple syrup.
  • Bake for 1h15 of cooking!
