Our favorite way to cook Brussels sprouts for my sweetheart and me! On a baking sheet with potatoes, onions, spices, and a drizzle of oil and maple syrup. I often add tofu or Beyond Meat-style vegan sausage! We bake everything together for 1 hour and 15 minutes, enough time to finish our day and/or to have an aperitif ;) And we serve it in the middle of the table with mayonnaise, barbecue sauce, hot sauce... whatever we want!
