Vegan Chocolate Fudge - Christmas Special

Vegan Chocolate Fudge - Christmas Special
For: 25 pcsDifficulty: EasyPreparation: 15 minCooking: 10 min

We're finishing getting into the "jingle bells" atmosphere with some little Christmas chocolates. They can also be a perfect inexpensive Christmas gift (we're not saying you're stingy...).

Fudge is either made with caramel, chocolate or often based on sweetened condensed milk. So we're going to replace it with a rice milk preparation like we did for our vegan bounty bars!

  • Heat the rice milk, sugar, and cornstarch while whisking constantly. When the mixture becomes thick, remove it from the heat.
  • Add the chocolate in pieces. Mix until it melts nicely.
  • Add the margarine.
  • Pour the mixture into a gratin dish lined with parchment paper.
  • Allow to set in the fridge for about 3 hours.
  • Unmold the fudge and cut it into small squares, it's ready ;) !
