We've reached the season of apéros and terrace dining... so, it's time for NACHOS :D Besides, you're going to love it, they're perfect for those lazy evenings! Just put everything in the oven and there you have it ;)

  • -vegan grated cheese
  • -salt
  • -tortilla chips 150 (g)
  • -tomato sauce 100 (mL)
  • -cooked black beans 60 (g)
  • -red onion 0.5
  • -soy cream 100 (mL)
  • -lime 1

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F). Peel the red onion and thinly slice it.
  • In an oven-safe dish, place the tortilla chips. Drizzle the sauce over them. Add the black beans, sliced onions, and vegan cheese (optional). Bake for about 15 minutes!
  • Squeeze the lime and mix the juice with the plant-based cream and a pinch of salt. Thinly slice the avocado.
  • Serve the nachos with lemony cream and avocado.
