  • Cut the bagels in half. Toast the slices.
  • Cut the cucumber in half lengthwise and then slice it into thin, small pieces. Also, thinly slice the apple.
  • Spread cream cheese on the 4 half bagels, add the cucumber and apple slices, and season with salt and pepper.
  • Garnish with dill and pomegranate seeds.
