Here, I’ve gathered my vegan versions of some classic Quebec recipes 😍 I grew up in France, so even though I’m a citizen, after 8 years in Quebec, I’ll always be missing part of the culture 🥲 Even as a fan of Toopy & Binoo and after forcing myself to watch (almost) an entire season of OD 😅
