In this selection, you'll find everything you need to cook refined holiday menus, or quick ones, or traditional ones, or a mix of all that, and always mouth-watering. Among my all-time favorites: we start with an amaretto cocktail to charm Jean-Louis, then continue with rolled mushroom bites. Next up is a pumpkin soup starter, followed by a Christmas roast with gravy sauce and little baby potatoes. We finish off with a passion and dulce de leche yule log, my favorite!
